Shocking

First of all, I never placed a complaint online. I am shocked with the unprofessional and rude staff. I was asked to send proof of payment to these people, which I did HOWEVER the sms I got which cost me almost R4 email address is apparently wrong, therefore because THEIR email address is wrong I get charged follow up calls on arrears which includes a "mandatory consultation" which clearly didn't happen otherwise I could have told them earlier that I send my POPs to their wrong email address on their sms's These people will suck you DRY.... clearly they make money by taking from people who really can't afford a medical bill..... Uphauled by them! Just be careful of them, check your statements which they will charge you for if you want it every month (another clever way to suck you dry) Hope they get what the deserve. ILL HAVE TO GIVE A **** NUMBER BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE ME FOR A CALL BACK REGARDING MY COMMENT

Hello CHERISH H*******, you make accusations and allegations on a public forum yet you do not provide any relevant information to be able to investigate your claims. You give **** details to hide behind your false allegations i.e. reference 'likeitwouldhelp'.
The fact of the matter is you did not pay your outstanding and overdue account hence it being handed to a debt collector. There are naturally charges involved in the collection processes in terms of the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998. Please take cognisance of the fact that VeriCred is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and as a result our charges are strictly in adherence with the laid down procedure.
Please fami****ise yourself with the relevant charges by a debt collector and refer to the Council's website: www.cfdc.org.za.
In conclusion, we as a registered debt collection company will this continue to collect on your account at our client's instruction and charge your outstanding account in accordance with the debt collectors Act until such time that your overdue account is settled in full.
Thank yu.
