sharing private information is a serious offence

I am so disgusted with the staff working for this company who calls everyone and explains private and confidential details with employers about ongoing cases. I have multiple voice recordings to prove this and this is a very serious offense. i told them on numerous occasions that they need to make contact after 4:30 daily but they constantly calling the workplace and giving out private information. i am not going to leave this here and going to save all the calls and definitely take this matter further
