Settlement quotation and paid up letter are two different things
I've been struggling to get a settlement quotation for months now but when they finally send me the settlement quotation it has a wrong bank account number, this people clearly don't know their job they can't even separate between a settlement letter and a paid up letter. I don't know y Absa bank is working with such slow organisation.
