Settlement letter. My email is *** and nu is ***
I reached out to them last year since my BLUE LABEL account was handed over to them for collection. They gave me a settlement discount which they debited from my account. They now refuse to give me the settlement letter. Whenever I call them they take me to a lady called Ruth at their Port Elizabeth branch who does not either help. I feel they svamm me.
