Settlement letter
Vericred will phone you 100x a day to arrange payment once you have settled the account then the cat n mouse chase begins, the reception my god the guy just hang up on me, they always not available I just need my settlement letter Thokozile Tshabala please send my document like you promised, it can’t take a whole month just to receive a single paper

Kindly note that you will have to provide the letter to the service provider in order to have your details updated on the credit bureaux, as they listed your details prior to handover.

Today is the 16th March the letter is still not received as per your reply which was sent on the 3rd of March , I don’t know what’s so difficult about sending a paid up letter, we had an agreement I pay then you send me the paid up letter to clear my name please attend to this its getting annoying now really

Be that as it may, seeing that you did not receive the letter, our agent will contact you to get an additional proper email address that will receive the mail.

The letter was sent on the very same day 03/03/2023 already at 14H00, successfull delivery report, we suggest to check your junk mail/spam.
