Settled bills still receiving charges and no acknowledgement of payment
This is the most ridiculous, ********* company! I had to request invoices MULTIPLE times before I actually received one and it had no information relating to the original account in question. Since then I've sent multiple people in the company proof of payments for both the original amount and the amount due to them. I have not received any response and continue to be hounded by sms's and calls. Nobody seems to be interested in the fact that I have made payments and settled all accounts in September. Their charges and bills just keep building because of their own pathetic administration. ***

Our records reflect that your overdue and outstanding pathologist account, of which you were the patient, was handed over for collection in March 2021 already due to non-paymentr by you. There is only 1 (ONE) payment evident to the account in question which was made in Septmeber 2021, some 6 months later . The account is still outstanding and payable by you as the full handover amount of our client is not covered.
However, if the account is indeed settled as you allege on this forum, we shall get an agent from Head Office to contact you soonset to request the proof of payment from you in order to finalise the outstanding account. In the interim a hold was placed on your account pending receipt of the relevant proof.
