SEND ME MY STATEMENT

You have been on my case for a payment and all I am asking is a statement. Then you guys have the nerve to tell me that all the calls, emails and smes add to my interests. STOP CALLING ME AND STOP SENDING ME SMES. I want a statement of the payments I made to Ampath. Because I believe I am done with that account. Now stop calling me and sending me smes and emails. All I want and have been asking is a statement. Not an smes that tells me I owe R225.00 that is not a statement. All your calls are recorded so that's all I have ever asked for. Your agents don't listen and they are rude. I have been telling them that I want a statement.

The Act is quoted to explain to you that you are also liable for the collection fees accrued, not only the overdue portion which you owed our client., since your outstanding account was handed over for collection.
We hereby confirm that we have forwarded you the invoice of your handed over account coupled with our agent statement for payment via email.
Regards.
