Good day I am very concerned in the matter which you're statement of Dr vd Berg is handled. First of all I request a statement from you for this acc.. And never received one, in the intrem you guys phoned me and made arrangements for this acc which I adhere to and paid the amounts via debt order for 2 months which was what the consultant instructed. Now after the 2 debit orders were successful and I paid the amounts due to you, you again sended a debit order through of 37r which I reversed because no one has the authority to debit my acc without my permission but you saw it as fit to debit my acc for reasons only you will know. According to me this is ******* and you had no right. Because the arrangement was made for R616 for 2 months were made to pay of this acc. When I receive an sms to say this acc is still in arrears.. I phoned you're company to ask for a statement because acc to the arrangement made it was for 2 months, only to see that you are charging me for letters of demand, phone calls and sms? Where is those letters and where is the emails sended that you are now charging extra from the amount owing? I need proof of this as this was never received on my side in fact I'm the one calling you and requesting statements.. Who can I then charge for my time and data and airtime. In fact when I call I either get cut off or Ive been told they don't work after 4 as the department I call does not deal with this. This is called ***** and I refuse to leave it at this stage, as you have no right to keep on charging on a amount that was paid. I am also informing the Dr vd berg that he must consider another company handling his accounts as you guys is giving him a bad name. You are more than welcome to phone me and explain how does this acc make sense after it has been paid off and also who gave you authority to debit my acc for R37 for what?

Honestly l feel ****med since Vericred can't even produce a simple statement. Stating patient, doctor, procedure and date.
