Ruthless agent

I’m so damn flabbergasted with the vericred female agent’s attitude. It’s on the 03 January 2023 at about 10:39 with +***7 wen she phoned to say I’m in debt with Assupol and I told her I ain’t got any business with Assupol. After she argued with me she realised I don’t owe Assupol but old mutual… being in doubt of whether it’s a legit call- I then ask her to verify my identity number. She couldn’t provide instead she said I think I’m clever enough. She promised me to make my account to have higher interest rate up to R10 000. I’m not happy on how she was shouting at me whereas she also mistaken my surname. I therefore need further investigation on this matter and I will also pursue the company legally. *********** staff !!!
