Rude person from Vericred
I called Vericred to get a total amount I was owing Ampath, the guy started I spoke to shouted at me and when I asked his name, he said he doesn't have a name and cut the call. The calls are recorded and I would like to know who I was speaking to and how this matter is going to be dealt with, it's no use recording the calls if the agents are still going to be rude with the customers.
