Rude and Pathetic Staff
The staff is pathetic and rude, I spoke to two different consultants, they don't give you a chance to speak, you have to pay at a specific date and if you say you really can't they get rude. They say they send banking details so I can make a payment and they don't, then get rude to say that you are the only client that doesn't get any feedback. Definitely doesn't know the Compliance act of treating costumers fairly.
