Rude agents at VeriCred
VeriCred has the most unprofessional staff who just hangs up phones while trying to get help.. I have been calling since the 07 September 2022 but alas no luck Im very dissatisfied with them. I just want a paid up letter but I am taken from pillar to post😡

We note from our records that our client/your service provider requested us to forward you the paid up letter which was done on 19/09/22. However, it seems that it was sent to a different mail address and as a result we have again sent you the letter today to the mail address as used by you on this forum.
