<p>How many time must a person send the proof of payment and stipulate the different accounts payment was made on? A lady by the name of Leslie been the one who calls for collection I have paid since March till September have always sent proof of payments to matukal@vericredonline but no one acknowledges payments which are now over the initial amount owed due to this vericred not sending statement they told me they charge why must I be charged for statements ? but are quick to call you to pay. I then sent a complaint and someone who gave me this email. ********** said she will investigate on the 18th of November instead I get a call saying I must pay how do I pay more than what I owe? ACCORDING TO THE LAST STATEMENT THEY SENT OWED R487.28 I have paid over R600</p>
