Return back my money

I am Vericred collections R17125 that I owed to MTN that amount include their extra charges and fee for issuing a letter. I learnt that my identification number was captured incorrectly which means I cannot clear my name MTN with incorrect ID no,names cellphone number and physical address are all correct but my ID no was captured incorrectly

I have been pleading with them to please return back my back I will pay again when they have fixed their mistake but no help .the manager Retha Botha is aware of this matter but I am not getting any assistance. My R17125 disappeared into someone else name just like that and clearly there’s nothing I can do about it ..it’s very sad I lost a lot of money to them
