I have been calling and requesting for a recent statement to be sent to me so that I can see how much is left on my account? When I called I was told that the manager is on lunch and they can only send me the statement once the manager is back (it has been hours now). I then sent an email to simon but no response as yet. Is there someone else that I can contact to get the statement? The last statement I have is from May 2020.
