Refuse to stop calling my work
So after asking you nicely to NOT call my employer regarding personal matters you still decided that you would proceed with calling my work.
WE ARE NOT ALLOWED PERSONAL CALLS AT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is now the 3rd time I have requested that the work number be removed, I just got called in as our recordings get listened to.
STOP CALLING MY WORK BEFORE I LOSE MY JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will take this matter further as you have been notified that we are not allowed phone calls at work on more than one occation.

13 May 2024, 10:16Hello Janene E, we refer to your review.
Please note that we have deactivated your work number as per your request.
However, our records reflect that you have been contacted on your cell phone as well to no avail, as well as several sms's sent and emails informing of your outstanding overdue account with no response.
Your account was already handed over two months ago with no payments or any arrangement evident to date. We will thus still contact you to collect the outstanding monies upon our client's instruction and we hereby suggest that you to answer your cellular phone and to conclude repayment arrangements as a matter of urgency.
Alternatively, as you cannot answer calls at work as you claim, we amicably request that you call in to make arrangements soonest and you can communicate via email to '***.'
Regards.
