Refuse to send proof of acknowledgement of payment

I have requested at numerous occasions that I first want to see the paperwork stating that I have signed to acknowledge that I take responsibility for this account, <br> and have also sent it on mail as you can see below. But no one can get back to me, I just receive numerous calls where they request that I pay the outstanding account.<br> and straight after I then request that I first want the proof that I have signed for the account I receive an sms stating \REMINDER: Please remember to make a payment on your<br> MEDICROSS account as promised. *** *** Tel: ***\" I have never made any promise to Vericred, my words on every phone call is that I request the proof<br> where I have signed for the account, no one ever gets back to me regarding the proof that I have requested.<br> And then a week later I receive a mail stating \"Good day Renee,<br> <br> Please receive the statements as requested.<br> <br> It is Mcross Benoni Dental acc and Vericred acc because acc is handede over to vcb.Please pay in at Vcb bank acc and send me pop as soon as possible.<br> <br> Thanks and have a nice day.\"<br> <br> I clearly stated that I want the proof that I have signed for the account , and still no proof."
