26 Feb 2025, 11:06Good day Phindile M******, thank you for your review.
Your allegations of "refuse to consolidate, not complying" does not elaborate. We however assume it is in connection with your numerous overdue pathologist accounts handed over, a total of 11 (eleven) accounts of which two are with the Attorneys. Please note that being medical accounts, it cannot be "consolidated" as each account has different service dates, tests, amounts etc. You can however make a payment to one account and then request us to allocate certain amounts, which you stipulate, to your other accounts.
Be that as it may, we will forward the statements of all the outstanding accounts today to you for your perusal to the mail address stated in your review with the respective reference numbers and banking derails. Once payment is made, kindly forward the relevant proof and request us to distribute the relevant amounts which you state to the other accounts.
Thank you.
