Refund and Paid up letter
Good Day I am still waiting for my refund from you guys, you debited R500 on the 9th and on the 10th got settled in full, then I called you and the lady who was helping me said it does reflect that my account is paid fully and the R500 is extra and you going to refund me. I am also waiting for my paid up letter. I was assisted by the lady called Vinolia but when I call now they keep on referring me but no answer...I am very disappointed 😔 😞

Kindly note that we had to request the paid up letter from our client as we are not allowed to issue. We hereby confirm that the letter was received and forwarded to yourself. Our Refund Dept has also been in contact with you and the relevant documents were sent to you in respect of the refund.
