Refund
I spoke to Sello who introduced himself as Simon's Manager. He explained to me telephonicaly that I would receive my refund on the 8th of February 2021 and latest would be the 9th of February 2021 at 9am however up until now I have received nothing. Please tell me when I will be reciving my funds and why I was provided with incorrect information.

09 Feb 2021, 12:53Good day Zakhele, today is the 9th and the refund process was completed. The Refund Dept. duly transferred the funds to your account and should reflect during the course of the day , i.e. on the 9th February 2021.
