Receiving calls for account that has been settled

I received a call regarding an account that has been settled in 2016. Now they want me to send them proof of payments which I will not do as I have a settlement account from that company!! This is uncalled for.

I have sent through settlement request and proof of payment. MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION IS UPDATED ACCORDINGLY and I do not receive any calls from VERICRED!

Contrary to your comments, up to date no correspondence regarding any 'settlement request and proof of payment' was received to the email address that was provided to you the previous day. Under the circumstances please forward the relevant proof as a matter of urgency to "***'.

I have sent the proof of payment to the email I had been given, ********** Is this email incorrect, I have subsequently resent proof of payment to the email given above.

Good day, previous posts in this regard refers. Please take note that our client RCS have formally supp**** feedback and advised that the account in question is not settled and is still outstanding.
