Receiving calls for account that has been settled
I received a call regarding an account that has been settled in 2016. Now they want me to send them proof of payments which I will not do as I have a settlement account from that company!! This is uncalled for.
Contrary to your comments, up to date no correspondence regarding any 'settlement request and proof of payment' was received to the email address that was provided to you the previous day. Under the circumstances please forward the relevant proof as a matter of urgency to "***'.
