Poor services
Hi iam Mr V Bezudenhout i had an account at American swiss so vericred collections made contact to say iam in arrears i then made payment arrangements and payed then from there an all of a sudden Ssda phoned to say i must make payments to them again which i did on a montly basses but they couldnt give me an amount which iam still owing i then contacted vericred collections again and the confirmed that i over payed them and refunded me with some money but on the other side iam still paying their lawyers i made contact with Ssda and they could not give me straight answers so iam fed up of this i think i need someone to make contact with me asap please and to give me a explanation please i think some where along the line someone is busy bul****ting me my id number is ********** 046089 and reference number ********** 5767 and feel free to contact me via ********** 421

06 Mar 2019, 10:47Good day Vernon Bezuidenhout (Selwyn Adams?), further to the comments and allegations, please take notice of the fact that your overdue account was retracted from VeriCred already in October2017 due to non-payment,upon instruction from our client the Foschini Group (TFG). You have however subsequently effected payments to the account, all of which was duly refunded to yourself already on 13/09/2018. TFG have handed your outstanding account to another collection agency, i.e. Shapiro Shaik Defries and Ass (SSD). Under the circumstances kindly direct all enquiries/queries to SSD and TFG. Thank you.
