Poor service Vericred
I got a phone call from vericred to tell me that i hsve an amount outstanding on an Ampath account. I eft the amount requested. The harrassing phone calls continued. I agsin paid the new amount requested this time sending proof of payments to the company after discussing that the second payment had been made. I recieved no confirmation back from vericred. The harrassing phone calls continued and the more i explained that the account has been paid the agents kept telling me that i have not paid. I then found out that this account hsd already been paid in 2020. This means that vericred now owes me my last two payments. I spoke to a supervisor at vericred and sent him all the proof of payments of which he promised to get back to me the next day. Up till now i have not had any feed from him evev after sending him numerous reqests. I have come to the conclusion that this is a company thay has poor values and poorly trained staff and the telephone dont get awnserd when a person tries to contact them
Our records reflect that you had 2 (TWO) overdue pathologist accounts handed over for collection due to non-payment. You paid the one account as you mentioned, however, it was in January of 2021 and not 2020 as is being claimed.
Be that as it may, you were thus still being contacted for the other outstanding account. You subsequently effected payment on the 01/02/2021 to the paid up account (as mentioned above). As a result the excess monies from the paid up account was moved to the outstanding account to settle the balance of the second account in order to have both outstanding accounts in your name finalised and settled accordingly. Under the circumstances we will forward you both our agent statements of these two accounts as proof in this regard to the mail address as stipulated by you in this report. Thank you.
