Poor service, manipulative and lies. Lies lies .

I am writing this with sore heart and failing to understand till to day. I was called by kelebogile to let Me know about my account that has been handed over to them. She started as a good person explaining to me how did my account end up with them. I then asked them to give me some time to go to the hospital and call my medical aid to assist me with regards to this matter. After some days she called again starting to threaten me that If I don't pay she will call lawyers and I was this close to make a payment because I was scared. I have never had a debt before in my life so it my first experiencing such. She started telling me about how they will blacklist me. I then said to her I'm on a call my medical aid and they are sending me out of hospital forms to submit to fourways life hospital. She responded to say the medical aid won't pay this money it has to come from my pocket. She furthermore said the Madical aid will put the money as savings on my membership. I said to her let me pay it then since I was scared to be blacklisted at age 22. I then received the out of hospital documents from my medical aid and went to fourways to submit them. I sent the documents back to my medical aid and after 3-5 if I am not mistaken my claim was sussscessful and my medical aid paid. So my medical aid called veri cred to let them know they busy with the claim they did not answer . I sent them emails after to let them know but nothing. They called me after a month or 2 and advice I'm still owing them R147 I told kele that I want her manager and she must send me the account number. She called. Me after 3-4 weeks without the manager and with a very rude behavior I still,told her I want manager(lerato). The manager then call me after some days then listened to what I'm saying...without hesitation she said since your concern has nothing to do with money, can we arrange how you can pay?...I then asked her if is this the service or how to treat people because they owing you ? She said this has nothing to do with this, kele is the best consultant to collect debts. I then asked her that is it fair to lie, threaten and manipulate a 22 year old who told you that I am working on finding out what is happening then i will let know as when kele called me I was not even aware that my account has been handed over. I then asked her for escalation email till today I haven't received it. So someone today called me and that one was extremely rude yoh she even hung up a call and said she can't help me. I asked her that how can I get lerato as she has to be the one helping me with payments she said she doesn't know and she doesn't care and hung up.....I never felt to belittled and frustrated and manipulated like this before. Some one called me today and begged me to actually not escalate this matter. I then said to her I need an email or I am taking this to helo peter .
