Poor service

I've been paying my MTN account through Vericred for the past few months without any disputes. I finally paid up my account and gosh, have I not been running around looking for a paid up letter!! I've been calling left and right without any assistance, even went to the store and they directed me to Vericred. I've been calling for about a month now looking for a paid up letter to try and clear my name. No one is assisting me.
