Poor service and bully tactics
First of all after 2yrs of phone calls these people does not sent the documents regarding a alleged loan but only their statements. Charging R23. 50 per phone call. R23. 00 per email with is a load of bull. Statement reflects tbe name, no contact phone no no email. This tells me its only a one sided conversation with i have no part in and they are only out for making money by using bully tactics. Then where do they get a permit to work as its not part of essential services to harras people already in destress
