Poor custoer service but good on harrassment

<p>I garnish on my salary which was issued by Van Niekerk Groenewoud & Van Zyl Inc. Attorneys on behalf of RCS now when I asked them for a statement to confirm my payments and a settlement amount they reffered me to Vericred (the collector ii was handed over to by RCS). I called Vericred for a statement and they said they cant help me as they never received payments in my name although the attorneys said they have received the payments and transferred them to Vericred. I also contacted RCS and I was told my account was handed over to Vericred and they don’t know anything further from there. Vericred has been calling me through out the years and every time someone calls I send the proof that currently money is being deducted for my salary. No one knows anything about my account</p> <p> </p>
