Poor conducting of business.

My reference is *** which states I have been handed over for default payment on a school account. After calling the vericred branch 632005 I spoke to a consultant then told me the person handling the case will call me back. I was called by Mrs Carol who is the supervisor there after speaking with her and sending her the necessary prove that I was wrongfully handed over as I paid the account in time but was handed over anyway, she promised I will be sent a letter of confirmation that the issue is sorted. Weeks later nothing other consultants keep calling me to make payment for something I thought was sorted I called and demanded to speak to her she told me she can see from the prove I have been wrongfully handed over, the person who has to give the clearance to the school has not got there, even today I'm still waiting but have resorted to taking legal steps against this institution as I keep getting calls and sms to pay something which is just unacceptable. What kind of business is this really?
