Please stop phoning me at work
Seriously unprofessional!!! Phoning and harrrassing me at work for payment that has been done!

Kindly note that it is perfectly lawful and within our mandate to contact you at work during business hours regarding your overdue account that was handed over for collection. We work normal business hours and as such cannot contact you at night.
We can understand your frustration and note that you have commenced with repayment in May 2025. However, the reason why you are being contacted was that the last payment made by you was more than a month ago. We will thus continue to collect on the account upon our client's instruction until settled in full.

26 Aug 2025, 11:30Again.... Please check your bank statements before falsely accusing me of non payment. Everything is aparantly lawful when it comes to collecting money but first do your homework then you are welcome to harass me at work for payment.
