Please send me proof asap

Hi i have been harrased by these people for long now. I have asked them for accounts that have been handed over to them as i have no such accounts. I have asked them for the contracts that i signed and the proof that i owe that money. I have asked them for a email adress that i can send al my queries to and to get a response. The keep on phoning me and hang up everytime i pick up then they want to charge me. I have sent a email to a adress that they gave me but recieved no response. I have this email as proof that i was in contact aswell as the recording of the call i made to them that they gave me the email adress. The 2 times that they did speak to me when they called they keep on saying the email adress is on tbe statement they send me witch it is not. They do not want to send me any proof of accounts that i asked for so i am reaching out to them on this site for the correct info that is false as i have no accounts that the are accusing me of.so please give me a email adress that works that we can have a papertrale of what is said. I also have a screenshot of every dropped call by you after i pick up. I keep all the evidence so i can hand it over to a legal person when i need to take this matter further.
