Phones are never answered in this call centre
Vericred Collections (Potch Branch), you will call them until you forget what you wanted to say to them when they answer the phone after 6 days. They never answer their phones in the call centre and it's really sickening and frustrating.

17 Jul 2019, 16:03Good day "ALPHA MALE", there was a problem with the telephone lines which was subsequently rectified. We have tested the lines and got through to the relevant branch on each try. Be that as it may, we have requested that a senior person/Supervisor contacts you on the number supp**** by you on this forum. Regards, VeriCred Collections
