Pathetic service
This company is quick to send demanding letters but once you settle you never get any help. I have been waiting for the settlement letter since the 18th May and until today the 26th May, account still reflecting on the bureau and noone is responding even when you call noone knows anything. This is so frustrating because my credit profile is affected.

Kindly take cognisance that you have not settled your account with us as is being claimed., According to our records your account was already closed and retracted with us in MARCH 2025 upon our client's MTN's instruction with still a balance outstanding.
In conclusion, we are unable to issue you with a settlement letter as the account was not settled and is no longer with us. Please refer to your service provider MTN directly in this regard for any further enquiries.

29 Jul 2025, 11:10That is surprising because when I called your offices I was informed someone is looking into it and engaging with MTN as I had paid all the amount owed but somehow was not reflecting on MTN side. I'll take it up with MTN and your contact centre again and keep record of names I speak to thanks
