Pathetic service
I made payment arrangement yesterday the 14/sep but today I get call and I see the balance has increased this is pathetic

Our records clearly reflect that your overdue pathologist account was already handed over in AUGUST 2020, i.e. more that a year ago, with no payment made by you to date. the account in question is thus still outstanding.
The balance will differ because your account was handed to a debt collector due to non-payment, as legal collection fees are being charged in the collection processes until the account is settled in full in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998 , Annexure B.
VeriCred is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and our charges are strictly in adherence to laid down legislation. Kindly refer to the Council's website to view the relevant charges by a debt collector: www.cfdc.org.za.
