Pathetic Service
Most ridiculous customer service ever! I have been requesting information from them for the past 6 months, they just ignore my request and call back a month later demanding that I pay - all I want is the invoice to show that I owe this money! Best part is for every month that they are unable to provide this information I am charged penalty fees, absolute nonsense their staff's inefficiencies are now being charged to me!
