All our calls are duly recorded and contrary to your comments, our agents handled all calls in a professional manner and by no means had a 'terrible attitude' as you allege on this forum. You further claim to have paid the account yet we have no proof that you ever submitted any relevant proof in this regard. We have also subsequently contacted you again and requested the proof in this regard but you have to date not yet forwarded anything? We hereby request you once again to forward the alleged proof of payment as a matter of urgency to investigate accordingly, without which the full account is outstanding and payable by you, inclusive of the legal collection fees in terms of the Debt Collectors Act. VeriCred will thus still collect on the account and continue to contact you for settlement of your outstanding account until paid in full. Kind regards
