Pathetic
I made a payment of 846 you people claim I owed using reference ***2816 yet I keep getting emails and smses which I was told I get charged for saying I haven't paid? You people are ruining my life and have worked hard to maintain a great credit score, what **** are you pushing there?

Please note that the fact of the matter is that no payment is reflecting on your overdue account that was handed over for collection already three (3) months ago.
You also do not mention when the alleged payment was made by you with no indication that you have at any stage forwarded the relevant proof? We are thus not "ruining your life" as you claim on this forum as we are not responsible for your credit scoring and we are at liberty to contact you for payment upon our client's instruction.
Be that as it may, you will be contacted by the accounts manager to request the relevant proof of payment that you said you made.
