Paid Up Letter Request

I'm writing to bring to your attention a frustrating experience I've been having with your team. On the 29th of May, I received a call from one of your representatives offering me a 30% discount on my account. I accepted the offer and made the payment as agreed.

However, despite numerous follow-up calls over the past two weeks, I've been unable to get clear feedback about my paid-up letter. I spoke to Radia, who assured me she would escalate the matter and assist with getting my paid-up letter. Unfortunately, every consultant I've spoken to since then has told me to hold, only to drop my call.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I'm receiving. I'm requesting that someone urgently attends to my matter and sends me my paid-up letter. I've provided my contact details below:
