PAID UP LETTER REQUEST!!!
Hi , I am losing it with Vericred. I requested a paid up letter for my Foschini account more than 2weeks ago. I squared up my account the beginning of March. And whenever I call them I get told it will be sent to email which does not happen. I called numerous times in the two weeks and I feel that I am just wasting my airtime. I need the paid up letter asap. I noticed that I am not the only one being given this horrible service.

Good day, we have sent the letter as advised previously coupled with proof that it was delivered, however, there seems to be a problem regarding some 'yahoo' email accounts. We hereby confirm that we have resent the letter to yourself to an alternative mail address as supp**** by you and that you have subsequently confirmed that said letter was received by you.
