Paid-Up letter
I paid my MTN account via veri credCred. I called them on the 2nd of February to settle my remaining amount. I did that and they told me that I will get my paid-up letter within 2 hours. 2 days went by without hearing from them and when I call them they told me that I will get the letter after 45 days since I was paying with debit order. After 45 days I called them and they told me that I still owe R706.82 because some transactions were dublicating. It did not make sense to me but I paid that R706.82 and they told me that I will get the letter in 4 hours. I am still waiting for that letter even today and even when I call them they don't take my calls.
Those people are very unprofessional. I should have made arrangements with MTN instate.

Be that as it may, we hereby confirm that the letter was duly sent to you and that you have confirmed that it was received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. As you were blacklisted by the service provider, you need to provide the letter to them to have your credit record updated accordingly on all credit bureaux.
