Paid up letter
I was handed over to vericred by direct axis when I lost my job and couldn't pay my installments.i received a call from Elisa(vericred)telling how much I owe and how much can I pay to settle the account and that was in November 2019 I paid up the account which was R36000 but even today I haven't received my paid up letter when I call the company they are taking me from pillar to post,the call center agents do not wanna put me through the manager when i call they hang up my call and my name is still appearing on ITC

19 Feb 2020, 12:35I hope you settled everything with direct axis as well and that my name will be cleared because I called national credit bureau they are telling me something different.i just hope you will do the right thing to clear my name as I have paid all the money that was required.

19 Feb 2020, 13:38Did direct axis get the information that I have settled the account cause according to national credit bureau,they received information for updates that it's been 14months that i haven't paid the account in january 2020 but I settled my account in November 2019.That indicates to me that vericred didnt do they job and I only received the paid up letter today after going back and forth with u guys
