Paid up letter
These people have been giving me the run around. I paid my account at Truworths and I was left with no balance. Truworths told me to call you these guys for a paid up letter. I called and the lady dropped the call the next lady told me they don't give out paid up letters I must call Truworths this is ridiculous.
