Paid up letter

In 2013 I was a student at Capricorn tvet college funded by Nsfas for trimester,then in 2018 I’ve received the balance I was supposed to pay and it was done so in installments but i haven’t received paid up letter,now credit intel wants me to pay the very same amount and I called them they said they’ll send it on my email I have not received anything
