Paid Up Letter
Since December 2019 I have been asking for a Paid up Letter but no assistance at all. Been receiving phone calls from your Agents telling me I have a balance owing.
What must I do to be heard? Is it right that I'm constantly harassed for balance that was paid?
I urgently need this Paid up letter.
