Paid-up letter
My RCS account was handed over to Vericred collections and I have made a settlement on the account. I called them about a month ago requesting for a paid up letter and I was promised that I will get it within 7 working days. When I made a follow up today I am now told to pay 87rands and I am not sure why I have to pay that amount.
