Paid account being ignored while I get pestered

<p>I've paid this account. Yet vericred still calls me endlessly send me messages that I owe them. Every time I email them the proof of payments they promise to sort it out. They never do and on the new month we start the same process. I'm desperate to get rid of this company on my call list. </p>
