Over payed
Is this people legally operating im really unhappy all my dr bills was paid up in 2019 and they have been deducting money since 2019 i pls just want my money back ****** pls atop phoning me the hospital send me all the paid up letters

Please take note that your comments on a social media platform of us being "******" is not only false, but also DEFAMATORY and for which you can be reported! We are a reputable company in operation for for 32 years and by no means involved with any ******* activities or '******' as you put it.
Further to your allegations of a refund, there is no monies 'over paid' by you or any excess evident on the account that needs to be refunded to you as is being alleged. Our records clearly reflect that you were already advised on 24 FEBRUARY 2022 by our agent that all monies were paid over to the hospital, contact name and details were duly given to you to enquire with the hospital as they need to refund you and not us.
In conclusion, you did not pay any excess monies into your account; there is no monies to be refunded by us as you claim; you need to contact the relevant HOSPTAL as they need to refund you seeing that the med aid also paid the account.
