Over deducting the amount required
Why is my calls being picked up and dropped again every time i call the number ********** 009 where as they was answering me 3 months ago, because i need to confirm that I am done with the payment they over deducted don't care about the over deduction just need my name cleared.

04 Apr 2019, 15:14Good day Ayanda ***aza, there was no over deducting as you claim, all payments made by you was paid over to our client, Tenacity (Ackermans) Your account was retracted by our client in March 2019. If you want your name cleared, you have to refer to them as they have blacklisted you prior to handover and it can only happen if you have settled your full outstanding debt. Thank you.

04 Apr 2019, 15:22Are you aware that you have been deducting money from my account from March 2018 up until the Current month March 2019 and 400 x 13=R5200 which the last time i checked i owed less then R3000 or the amount i was suppose to be paying back was less then R3000 and when I am asking for a statement the last I could get through I waited for it until today because I am only not blocking the debit order because I want to be cleared from anything debt and the only thing that is standing in my way at the moment is this account you are talking about
