Not sure what m paying for.
I got sms's that I owe about 3K which I have no idea where is it from. I was told it's for ambulance that I used 1998 nd from R13 to 3k now. I agreed to pay anyway and paid 3k 3times but m still receiving messages that I still owe. What am I paying for every year? M trying to talk to one of your agent but she is not answering my questions, all she could help with is statement and she went mute on me.
