Not happy at all and ****ed, disappointed
I settled my account before the day or debit order and I asked them, now that I paid it before are you going to cancel so that you won't double debit and they said yes. Now it's deducted and they don't want to refund me or reverse, the forma that I got are telling mw about 45 days and yet that money if for my rent. It was the last money that I had.
They must reserve my money, by Monday i want my money please. My R500

04 Jan 2025, 06:30It's not a reply I'm adding on the above review, they must update my credit report as soon as possible, by the end of this month I want to see my credit report saying 0 on the Foschini group, I'm tore3of them they have poor service
