Hi
I have been liasing with Sonia from you Cape Town office. I have made an arrangement with you after my RCS account was handed over to you.
I was promised that the arrangement will be sent to me via email, I have been waiting for it ever since.
According to the law NCA act; I am supposed to be furnished with a written confirmation of my arrangement with the credit provider or any organisation standing on its behalf.
I need the letter urgent!

Be that as it may, the relevant manager had forwarded formal correspondence in this regard to you explaining that the required letter of arrangement can only be sent once payment is received, as there are no payments to date made to the account in question. Kind regards
